This was our first booking with Travel online and we cannot fault a thing. Everything, including the airport transfers was easy and as promised, we didn't have to organise a thing. The package that we selected (Mulia in Bali for 5 days) was amazing value for money especially with the dining, spa and other discounts that were included. When I had any questions during my stay the team responded quickly and helpfully.

Easy initial booking process. Then 2 weeks before we were due to leave, our flights were cancelled and had to be completely rescheduled. The staff were amazing to get a great price so that our holiday was back on track.
