We were a painful customer, numerous quote requests and changes but you replied promptly and kindly to every request, thank you! We usually organise our own trips so this was new for us, and it was seamless! We actually enjoyed the travel days as well as every second at Mana Island Resort! I used travel online again as my first experience in 2025 was such that I knew I was in experienced travel agent hands! Tanya Shields was an extremely responsive and helpful consultant . The on the ground consultant Grace was also top notch. She advised us of experiences to take but was not pushy . We used her experiences only . The included 4 hour tour , a day trip canoeing and caving visit to floating Muslim Village was included with our James Bond island excursion. A private trip to the big Buddha and old Phuket town and a cooking class picked up by Mr Wooddy the owner of the school.
The forms of transport were all excellent,the staff warm friendly and we felt safe being transported into the mountain and seaside villages . I loved this holiday the accomodation, the experiences and the people 10/10
