Everything was as expected and advertised

This was my first time using travel on line and I was pleasantly surprised. Everything went as they said it would. No hiccups. Paperwork arrived on time. The few interactions I had with Natasha were very positive. Would absolutely use them again.

We travelled as a group of 11 & once we decided on a location, the initial consultation was informative & arrangements were easy to understand. The organising & patience in dealing with 11 was exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend & would use again in the future

Easy booking process and value for money.

This is the first time I have booked with you guys. Everything was easy and our trip ran smooth. Airport pick up was so convenient, the hotel was great. The hotel extras were very welcomed

Very happy with Travelonline. Our original booking had to be changed due to us moving interstate. So we had to change everything from flights, dates and state we flew out from. Nothing was too difficult to organise. Tanya our booking consultant was very helpful and made sure we had everything sorted without any issues. Highly recommend

I was reluctant to book with Travelonline as I did not know them, but after this holiday they will be my preferred booking agency. Everything was arranged smoothly without any hiccups. Booking the flights and resort and pickup and drop off from Port Villa airport was done seamlessly with no stress on our side. Communication with Nicole from Travelonline was easy and friendly and informative and we were kept up to date every step of the way. I will use them again!
