We took advantage of the Sunwing Bangtao beach Phuket deal and it was everything we could ask for. All the inclusions were wonderful. Excellent service

We have booked several trips through Travel Online and have never had any issues, and have always been kept well informed.
While away on this trip, we learned we were one voucher short. Within 30 minutes of sending an email to inform of this matter, a new voucher was received and our travel plans were sorted. Excellent service as always.

What an amazing service we had from Travel online the package we received was amazing and they answered all of my questions with a quick response and were very clear with their answers the transfers were on time and very friendly and helpful including our last transfer where they had to wait half an hour as my partner was unwell and with a doctor trying to get better to fly home I really appreciate your patience and understanding in that stressful situation. We would highly recommend using travel online and we will use them for future bookings Thank you all 10/10

Easy booking process (just have to wait over the weekend). Good to deal with real people in Australia who were knowledgeable and responsive. The deal we got from Travel Online was a good deal. I would book with them again.

We loved the hotel, whole package was great value, we could not fault the hotel, everything was 5 starts, room, service, breakfast- wonderful! The TravelOnline service is outstanding! So glad I stumbled across this Aussie based holiday booking site. Every step was simple, every detail laid out clearly and deposit/balance payment option was very convenient. Additional tours were easy to add to package with all details/options described well. Our flights were changed unexpectedly by the airline and we had to add an extra night of accommodation which was efficiently arranged for us, with associated changes to airport transfers. Can't fault this service and have already recommended TravelOnline on social media sites! We will definitely use TravelOline again. Thankyou
