Travel online was great and we will be using you again. Love the quick email and phone replies and how you are bases in Australia. Had some horrible experiences with Webjet and other online travel agencies but likes travel online. Keep it up and we will be back!

The inclusion in this package were great and were clearly visible on travel documents, it was good that the accommodation knew of all inclusion
The transfers through Bali reservation centre were very good on time, clean and safe driving

Loved everything about the hotel. It was amazing, big spacious rooms and we upgraded to ocean views which were amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had vouchers for dinner at Plantation Grill restaurant that was amazing so highly recommend then we had another voucher for Pallas Greek Taverna excellent as well. I mentioned it was my husband 60th they had a chocolate cake already in our room when we got that. We will stay here again and use travel on line again, everything was smooth from pick up at the airport to drop of back at airport, thank you for letting us made amazing memories all hasslefree.
