Amazing service.After booking I read some on line reviews of the Hayman Island resort which concerned me , I almost cancelled the trip.
However Nicole was excellent and re assured me that the island is amazing as she had stayed there herself.So glad we took her advice. I am now going to book our next trip with Nicole.

Excellent to deal with

I have booked three holidays with TravelOnline and have always been very happy with the service I've received. I like receiving actual phone calls and being able to speak personally with a travel consultant rather than only dealing via online. I would be very happy to deal with TravelOnline in the future and would certainly recommend to others.

The ladies at TravelOnline were so helpfully and friendly. A really easy process from start to finish. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Absolutely fantastic service from the start to the end. I had some issues with our accommodation that needed to be sorted not travel online issues, however, they stepped in and helped and all was resolved within am hour. Highly recommended and will be back!

Everything ran beautifully, the Sofitel Fiji Waitui Beach Club blew us away with the service, facilities and Staff. The vouchers, Tickets and instructions provided by Kristy were easy to understand and made us feel very comfortable with travelling to Fiji for the first time. I had done a lot of research and Kristy delivered with the quote details and final costs. Would definitely use Travel Online again.

Exceptional service from the Travel Online team, I made an error in my booking and the team were responsive, and fixed my issue.

Everything went perfectly . I was contacted by Jetstar before both flights. Car was there for both trips to and from airport. Could not fault the efficiency of the procedure . That includes booking and follow up service. Thank you .
