Everything went smoothly as detailed in our package with good communication and quick responses from Lisa to any questions. Rosie's transport to and from the Shangri-La was wonderful; our rooms were adjoining which was perfect for a family stay. Included MalaMala day trip was fabulous. Third time using TravelOnline and everything was great again. The only thing I could fault are the payment fees for paying a deposit and balance later when booking now.

What truly sets them apart is their meticulous attention to detail and communication. Every flight, private transfer, and hotel booking was flawlessly coordinated, taking the stress out of our travel preparations.

Excellent service

We have booked several trips through Travel Online and have never had any issues, and have always been kept well informed.
While away on this trip, we learned we were one voucher short. Within 30 minutes of sending an email to inform of this matter, a new voucher was received and our travel plans were sorted. Excellent service as always.
