What impressed me the most was the prompt return of emails.

I made my booking over the phone as I'm not mobile phone savvy. Could not fault my booking The Girls were patient with me . I would definitely recommend and have recommended travel on line. I have wonderful friends that came on this trip with . They actually photo copied every thing for me as I did not have a printer.

You know I kept waiting for something to not work - but everything was perfect, not one glitch (except a flight change by Qantas), but everything Travelonline organised was fabulous. The transfers were great, the holiday extras were supplied seamlessly. Was super impressed so thank you Travelonline!
