Deposit Payments

All deposits are paid using Credit Card or PayPal at time of booking confirmation.
Merchant Fees apply to deposit payments.

Final Payment Options (Remaining Balance)

Avoid Merchant Fees by paying the remaining balance using BPay (including credit card via BPay) or Direct Deposit.

Log into your Internet Banking to pay your final balance on your holiday.

Your Customer Reference Number is located on your invoice for your convenience. Through BPay you can pay using your Credit Card, Debit Card, Cheque, Savings or Transaction Account. BPay is fee free.

Pay By Direct Deposit

If you prefer, you can simply make a direct deposit from your bank account to ours. This option is fee free.
Please Note: Direct Deposit is not available for travel within 21 days of departure OR for paying airfares. All airlines require payment via a credit or debit card.
Your Credit Card details are still required to secure your booking. Your card is provided for security only and it will not be charged if you choose to pay via Direct Deposit and payments are received on time

Lay-Buy $200 Deposit & Instalment Option

If you are planning ahead and want to secure your holiday now, you can simply pay a $200 deposit for your accommodation and pay the balance 45 days from your departure date.
This option gives you the flexibility to book your holiday well in advance and make payments in installments or as you see fit, until the balance is paid off. We will even send you payment reminders so you don't forget!

PLEASE NOTE: This option does not apply to airfares and cruise bookings, which both require full payment upfront and payment by credit cards only.

Other Information Relating to Payments

Overdrawn Accounts/Declined Payments

TravelOnline will not be held responsible for credit card fees imposed by the bank for overdrawn accounts and/or declined payments.

Credit Card Details By Secure Server

As secure delivery of your credit card information is essential, we use Secure Sockets Layer technology, and public-key security.

During transmission of your credit card details, the encryption software will transfer your information from your browser to our server in an encrypted form that eliminates any possibility of the information being intercepted enroute over the internet.

Privacy and Your Personal Details

As a Travel Online customer we totally respect your right to privacy. We provide only your name and arrival/departure details to suppliers in order to make your travel itinerary reservation. In the case of airline bookings we are also required to provide your telephone contact details or an accommodation contact prior to your flight(s).

Although a common industry practise, we DO NOT share, resell, or distribute your email address, or physical address details with ANY other third party under ANY circumstances. Every effort is made to keep your personal information totally confidential.

Data Storage

Our administration system is located within our own firewall protected internal network. As we host our websites with an external provider, there is no possibility of external internet-based file access to our network since it has not been necessary to incorporate that particular capability into it.

The storage of client data on our premises conforms to all appropriate Australian standards for data integrity, confidentiality and security.

Third Party Web Sites

Please note that we can only apply our Privacy and Confidentiality Policy to web sites that we operate ourselves, and to information that we receive directly from them. Although we link to external web sites, this should not be seen to imply that we take responsibility for the information usage policies of the operators of these web sites.

If you choose to interact directly with these external suppliers and their web sites, please ensure that they have appropriate safeguards and protocols in place.
