First time using TravelOnline and I am sure it will not be our last. We booked the Maya Sanur for an 8 night stay and I could not find a better offer or pricing including direct with the hotel! I spend weeks looking before we decide on accommodation. We are regular travellers to Bali and love it.
The hotel was fantastic, staff, comfort, serenity, location and food. It's a bonus being able to make deposits leading up to our trip rather than paying in one lump sum. Communication was very good and not having to arrange transport etc a bonus as well. It was all hassle free.

Service was always great and quick response which was great.

Once again Nicole Chow has ticked all the boxes for us and provided excellent service

I highly recommend TravelOnline to anyone as they took all the stress out of the holiday. All my transfers to and from the airport were organised and as part of the stay at the resort, number of great vouchers were supplied, such as massages and entry to Trans World theme park.

Service from Kimberley was great, looked after all our needs.

After initially speaking with Glen, he recommended we think seriously about staying at the Doinle Six in Seminyak. We booked our stay on the Travel website (easy to do). Lisa soon got in touch and from there on everything was handled in a friendly and professional manner. When we asked for a bit more legroom on our flights Lisa was on to it immediately and resolved it for us. Everything was done seamlessly and we are so grateful to Lisa and Glen. Thanks to you both and to Travel Online. We had a fantastic holiday and are already looking forward to our next trip. I would recommend Travel Online to everyone.
