We booked with travel online for our Bali trip and it was fantastic. The communication was great even from when we initially booked it, the room we originally booked wasn't available and they made contact straight away to let us know and offered an upgrade for a little extra (but not much) as it turned out I'm glad that happened as the deluxe chalet was amazing and a better experience for us. The driver organised with travel online was great, picked us up from the airport and welcomed us also friendly. When he dropped us to our resort he gave us a free travel online bag and took a photo with us. We needed to change our pick up time from one resort to the other and travel online were very quick to respond and rescheduled the time with no issues at all and dropped us to our other resort and that driver was also great. They also sent reminder messages about pick up time etc. Travel online also allowed us to holiday at an incredible resort as they had a discount and this made it very affordable for us. The whole experience with them was stress free and helpful and i would recommend them when booking your next holiday.

This was my first time booking a package through TravelOnline and it was a very good experience. It was great being able to customise our options during the booking process and the team promptly answered all our emailed questions. And holiday itself was AMAZING! Thank you!

An efficient travel service with any emails sent answered within 24 hours. Travel documents and vouchers also issued within 3 days of booking. Will certainly use this service again. Highly recommended.
