Overall service plus good, sometimes delays with emails back & forth but would definitely recommend and use again.

Service from the start has been great. The Marriott was terrific. Wife, 9 yo daughter and I loved it. Everything you need was right there. Beach with snorkeling on coral with plenty of fish, 3 pools, plenty of food options, activities and the service from the the staff first class. I would highly recommend it as a holiday, especially for Families. Still close enough to Patong and Karon if you want the nightlife and able to escape the busy areas back at the resort.

The ease of which we were able to book this trip was welcomed. Everything went to plan and there were no hick ups at all. It really was appreciated as we all know, things can go wrong in a heartbeat. Not this time. The planning was perfect and the holiday fantastic
