The service through Travel Online was excellent. I was a little sceptical at first booking a big overseas holiday all online but the was no need to worry. Itinerary's and all other important information was sent through promptly. Reminder emails and updates kept us on track and feeling like we knew what was happening. There was no need for us to contact Travel Online while we were on holiday as everything was so well organised and ran smoothly. Thanks Lisa and Team.

From the beginning until the end Natasha provided amazing service and information regarding our trip to Phuket. I was travelling with ny family to celebrate my 50th birthday and I would say that it's the best trip we have ever had. Kamala beach is such a great area and the adults only resort was perfect to unwind in. When Jetstar cancelled the flights, Natasha ensured that we had other options straight away and it was seamless. Looking forward to our next booking!!
