I made quite a few changes and altered the already confirmed plans. My changes were always greeted with ease. I usually book and arrange all our travel myself, so was a little hesitant with booking with a travel company. Everything went to plan and we had a perfect family holiday.

Everything was organised and went without a hitch

We booked Fiji with Travel Online 6 years ago so was very confident that our next trip would go well. Do not look further as they are priced vey competitively, communicate very quickly and offer all round great service! Had a special request for a ocean view of some form and was over the moon to see that both Travel Online and the Intercontinental made all my dreams come true. It was a 50th birthday to remember that's for sure. Absolutely loved Hayman Island xo

I would hope that if there were any issues that they would be resolved as smoothly as the rest of the service.

This is my second trip organised by travelonline and honestly it's been the easiest and best experience. I cannot tcommend this company highly enough and nothing was too much trouble for helping us plan things. We have more trips planned in the future and are using this company again.

The package that we had to Hamilton Island through TravelOnline was great. It was very easy to book online - affordable, inclusive of air fares, transfers, an upgraded room and Sunset Sail. We were a party of 4 in 2 adjacent apartments. The apartments were spacious, very clean with a well-equipped kitchen and fantastic view, but also close to Catseye beach, the pool, restaurants, the Marina and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The Sunset Sail was a hoot ... an unexpected party aboard a catamaran with friendly, happy crew and guests.

We all enjoyed an all-day boat trip to the Great Barrier Reef where the snorkelling was fantastic. The walking trails on HI were lovely and we all walked, but the walks were of special interest to one of our party.

The Green and Blue shuttles made getting around very easy.
A very relaxing and beautiful holiday.
