Over almost a decade you have become our go to travel agent for family holiday bookings. This was our first holiday in NZ, but as usual you had the best priced holiday packages that best suited our family's needs. Loved the ability to add on or remove different parts of the package to suit us. Your agents were very responsive and helpful, as they always have been.

Fabulous service. So organised snd easy to use.constant contact and vouchers emailed in a timely manner. Even with 3 changes in our flight arrival 2 cars were sent so our friends could leave the airport earlier. The drivers in Bsli were very accommodating. Will definitely use TravelOnline again.

Everything was sorted, no issues at all made for a seamless holiday.
Only issue was on half day tour and waiting in excess of 30 mins to pick up latecomers at other motels.

Everything was organised perfectly.
Accommodation was excellent, although the apartment we were allocated, is rather dated, and could do with a renovation.
Flights on time, there and back, and transfers to and from the airport, were excellent.
