All the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and very good. I would definitely book through Travel Online again, in fact on my recommendation a male friend of mine booked the same hotel for 10 days and he was more than impressed with the service.

I have been really pleased with the quality of service and package we received from TravelOnline. We went with another family who booked through Expedia and our package was far better value. Staff were always very nice to deal with and responsive.

Krity was great from our first booking, the drivers we had were punctual and informative although the Phuket half day tour we would have liked more information about the Big Buddha and the Temples instead of being dropped off.
