This was then followed up by the service received in Thailand, both our airport drivers, Grace who organised our Phuket tour and pick up as well as the wonderful hotel and staff from where we stayed. Great service from all we spoke to before our trip. We had an issue with the airline cancelling one leg of our flight and the consultants helped us in the right direction to sort it all out.
The actual trip ran very smoothly and all vouchers for tours and transfers were met with a consultant at the hotel and all booked with ease.
