All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I always received a response in a very quick timeframe. We had to make quite a few changes to our booking and nothing was a problem. The value for money we received by booking through Travel Online, could not be matched by booking direct with the resort. We are very happy with the deal we received. We will definitely look at Travel Online again for future trips.

Good service no priblems

We couldn't fault the service we received for our trip to Samoa. Although we had to split our accommodation across two resorts to fit our dates, it turned out to be a real bonus as we liked the alternative site (Amoa, on Savaii Island) better.
