Kristy kept us updated from first contact and also was very quick to reply. We had 2 back to back bookings at different places and everything was sorted perfectly so we could relax and have a fantastic vacation.

I was quite nervous having never booked a trip online but everything went smoothly..We were kept informed, everything on the itinerary went to schedule and the value for money was great. Would definitely use TravelOnline again and recommend to others.

It is so simple to book a holiday without having to go to different travel agents, just select your destination, choose your accomodation, select your dates and flights, couldn't be easier.

such an easy process to book. easy payment system. no issues being picked up or being dropped back at the airport. Great value package, only niggle was the excursion we were offered was not the one detailed on our booking but we still enjoyed.
Would suggest increasing price slightly and including express VIP service at Phuket airport as it has to be one of the worst airports we've been to for queuing!
