Fantastic and friendly service

Thanks Lisa for booking our week on Hamilton Island which we thoroughly enjoyed to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Not sure if you played a part in the upgrade from Garden View to third floor with a beautiful view but if so thank you very much. We loved every minute. Booking experience with you and further communication was excellent. :)

First time using TravelOnline and I am sure it will not be our last. We booked the Maya Sanur for an 8 night stay and I could not find a better offer or pricing including direct with the hotel! I spend weeks looking before we decide on accommodation. We are regular travellers to Bali and love it.
The hotel was fantastic, staff, comfort, serenity, location and food. It's a bonus being able to make deposits leading up to our trip rather than paying in one lump sum. Communication was very good and not having to arrange transport etc a bonus as well. It was all hassle free.

Service was always great and quick response which was great.

Once again Nicole Chow has ticked all the boxes for us and provided excellent service
