Service from Kristy was fantastic! My only feedback would be that 2 hours between international and connecting flight isn't enough we had to race from one flight to another to just make it on time.

Loved the Shangri La and we are already discussing returning another time . Constructive criticism… they should allocate the rooms based on smokers and non smokers . We couldn't sit outside as there was a prolific smoker next door sitting outside about 3 metres from us . Otherwise , the staff were fabulous, spoiling me on my birthday .

An amazing 5 nights holiday we had recently to Fiji Beachcomber island resort, we booked a package deal through Travelonline included with some upgrades and everything went smoothly and the customer service was excellent all done through emails, any questions I had was promptly answered. We will definitely use Travelonline again and already planning for next year.

I would recommend travel online - booking process was easy, excellent pricing for the package we chose - dynamic pricing meant the price ended up being even lower than original quote - call centre responded to my questions promptly and I spoke directly to travel consultant Kristy who was happy to answer my questions - all documentation came through promptly after payment. Flights and transport all worked and included hotel was excellent and included breakfast and bonus dinner - if looking for a reliable online travel business I would not go past Travel online - I will definitely use them in the future
