I came to hear about travelonline through a recommendation from a stranger in a travel group on Facebook who had used them for several trips. They just happened to have a deal at a hotel I was looking at that included flights as well for less than the cost of the accommodation only on another site. I thought it was a too good to be true but further research proved otherwise and lots of positive reviews. I booked and had a seamless experience from start to finish with any queries I had responded to very quickly. I am looking at booking another package in late 2027 and travelonline will be my first go to.

Great service and knew exactly how to help with our stay at Hamilton island as we had not been before. We were worried about humidity and what month to travel. Plus part payment helped We will be going again

No complaints at all. We had a fabulous trip, the bookings were all excellent, and our flights were great too! The Shangrila is always such a great place to stay. Staff are friendly, the food and service are excellent too. We look forward to our next trip with Travel Online.

We have used TravelOnline numerous times now, and every time has been a great experience.
Easy to book, quick to respond and competitive prices.
We will continue to use them due to this.
The Bali Packages are great, especially the company that do the Airport pick up and drop offs, they never fail to be there on time, every single time and are super friendly.
My only suggestion is that there is always an offer of Finns Beach club or Trans Studios with the packages, this is great if you're a young couple or one that has kids, if there could be an offer for couples in their 40-60's as we never use either option, maybe a cooking class, a cultural experience, a dinner or massage at the resort booked, something else would be great and an incentive to purchase package.
