I was hesitant booking through an online platform but shouldn't have been! Communication has been superb, everything was seamless, someone was there to greet us at the airport at 4.30am!! Couldn't have asked for better service! The package was fantastic. Very pleased with our experience with travel online.

Madison was great super friendly and easy to deal with, we had some issues with the dates and availability but she provided us with many alternatives very quickly and we got everything sorted with no stress at all!!

This is my third time booking through Travel Online. The customer service is always great, prompt and makes booking a holiday easy.

Travel Online is my go to every time! I have booked several trips over the years. Mainly Phuket and Khao Lak. I was most impressed with what was on offer for our North Queensland holiday too. I love the website as it allows me to plan holidays that suit my needs. I love all the resorts on offer, the room selections and the fact I can choose dates and airlines and generate quotes that are always accurate. I love that I can also talk to someone when required. Looking forward to planning my next holiday!

Thanx to all the staff, I'm sure I spoke to everyone, as questions came to mind. All my arrangements were made without any hick ups. From pick up to drop off. I didn't have to worry about anything. Great trip. Keep up the good work
