I was quite nervous having never booked a trip online but everything went smoothly..We were kept informed, everything on the itinerary went to schedule and the value for money was great. Would definitely use TravelOnline again and recommend to others.

This is the second time we have booked with Travelonline and it is so easy.
It is so simple to book a holiday without having to go to different travel agents, just select your destination, choose your accomodation, select your dates and flights, couldn't be easier.
The communication is outstanding with prompt response to emails.

Great value package, only niggle was the excursion we were offered was not the one detailed on our booking but we still enjoyed.
Would suggest increasing price slightly and including express VIP service at Phuket airport as it has to be one of the worst airports we've been to for queuing!

I am always hesitant booking on line, but Travelonline came through with flying colors. They confirmed my booking within an hour. Gave us a full itinerary with flight details and vouchers for our airport transfers and stay at Iririki. And their complete package of discounts was unmatched by any other company. Highly recommend them and hopefully will be using them again next year
