You were very good. Unfortunately the resort didn't meet our expectations.

Travelonline is a terrific company to deal with. Everything was booked efficiently & we had no hiccups - all travel organised went according to plan. I love the communication & being able to deal with one consultant from the start of planning the holiday, right through to the day of travel. TravelOnline organised everything for us, including flights, airport transfers, and accommodation, making the planning process incredibly convenient. One feature we particularly appreciated was the option to pay in two instalments, which provided extra flexibility and made budgeting much easier.

Throughout the booking process, we contacted the team several times with questions. Every response was clear, professional, and prompt, giving us confidence that everything was being handled properly.

All arrangements worked exactly as planned, from the flights to the transfers and hotel booking, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy our holiday.

Booking through travelonline was easy and convenient. We had some issues with the room we wanted initially but the communication was clear and the issue was resolved in the end. Transfers were easy and i really appreciated the in person visit by one of their staff in Thailand (Grace). Although it was unexpected, it was a nice surprise as she was able to suggest good local input on excursions.
