Great service! We were two couples and when the dates we wanted were unavailable a phone call from Travelonline quickly helped us to select and book alternative dates. Whilst on holiday our flight was changed and a prompt email from the team to ensure the airline had notified us and that our transfers had been accordingly adjusted gave peace of mind. This was our eighth trip booked via Travelonline and will not be the last. The packages are extremely well priced when compared to booking a similar trip yourself.

We have used Travelonline before with a wonderful trip to LikuLiku Resort Fiji and we were so impressed with Travelonline that we decided to use them again this trip staying at Courtyard By Marriott Patong Beach. We chose the all inclusive package which was brilliant.
Our airport transfers went off without a hitch and the drivers very friendly.
We had a 4 hr sightseeing tour included, took us to the elephant sanctuary, the cashew nut factory and general tourist spots including the honey factory…just brilliant.
We can't wait to book through Travelonline for our next holiday!

You did great accomodating our requirements.
We only had 2 hick-ups that were not your fault. Jet star dropped the Singapore to phuket leg and we needed to make changes to. You were super helpful in providing options. The second problem was our plane being delayed on the way home but Jetstar gave us heaps of notice about this.

All questions were answered and we both felt that we were dealing with experienced consultants.
