Found using Travel Online the best option for us as we hadn't been to Thailand and didn't know where go or stay and there always seems to be great specials.
Sometimes found email communication difficult as we were open to options and suggestions but the quote is generated off the information we entered and would have been nice to have the person contact.
It was such a stress relief to have transfers pre-organised and our travel contact, Grace, in Thailand was lovely and helpful. I could contact her via Whatsapp with any questions I had over the whole two week trip.
Overall a great experience with Natasha, Travel Online. I would recommend and use again.
