Fantastic service, very prompt. Easy to do online and our sales consultant was very timely. All transfers throughout our holiday were seamless. I would definitely recommend travel online for your next holiday!!!

Seamless transaction , maybe a little more info for inexperienced travellers closer to departure, like accomodation booking confirmation etc just to ease minds but would recommend Lisa and Travel Online.

We had a wonderfully positive experience with TravelOnline, even though our holiday plans were interrupted by volcanic activity—talk about an unexpected twist! I somehow managed to forget travel insurance (who needs it, right?), but TravelOnline saved the day by securing our accommodation and flights, allowing us to reschedule for a later date. I'm eternally grateful, and my future self will definitely remember to pack insurance next time!

They handled the whole volcanic situation with the kind of promptness and efficiency that made us feel like we were in the capable hands of travel superheroes—cape not included, but definitely needed! There was no added stress for us, which is truly a feat when dealing with Mother Nature's tantrums.

Throughout our trip, everything was smooth sailing, except when I made the classic blunder of misspelling one of our names on the reservation. TravelOnline swooped in to help, even though the fee was hefty enough to make me do a double-take—it seemed more a case of the airline's policies than TravelOnline's service. They managed to sort everything out with less than 24 hours to spare before our flight, and for that, we are incredibly grateful!
