The inclusion of the massage at Orientala Spa was fantastic. This was a great addition to our trip. My husband & myself will be recommending this business to travellers.
Our trip ran very smoothly. We would book with you again. The only negative part of the trip was the hour and 15 minutes to be processed at immigration as we arrived in Phuket. This was difficult as by that stage our children were tired. This occurred last time also. This is something the government really needs to work on. Thank you for your service. We will use your business for future trips.

Lisa was fantastic to deal with. very prompt with all requests. very happy with the price on all accomodation and flights. Travel Insurance was arranged also. Lisa emailed me for when payments were due and all tickets and vouchers were emailed back. It was all just very easy.

Extremely helpful and friendly. I had trouble finding accommodation myself due to leaving things to last minute but they managed to find me a great place to stay and a really good price. Airfares were a great price as well. Very happy. Will definitely use them again.

When booking the holiday I really liked how your website presented me with various options and it was easy to see the price difference between the options, ie when selecting room type it was easy to see how much extra it was to stay in a Bure and then decide it I wanted that. I also liked that I was given the change to purchase a meal plan, and that made the trip more relaxing as everything was already paid for before I left (except for my massage and cocktails ).
When my inital travel dates were unavailable, it was great that someone called me to advise me & give me my options, ie different room type or bure for different dates. Very happy with service from travel online.
