The service from Lisa and TravelOnline was fantastic from beginning to end. The driver who picked us up for airport transfers was wonderful. Excellent service and a great ambassador for Bali. All excellent. Would recommend you (already have). Information you gave us was invaluable and hotel selection suited our family as we have older kids (18 and 20).
Wrote on the other form .... feedback re the hotel..... only downside was definitely the smoking...... pretty awful..... would like to return to the same hotel but would not unless they change their policy... or they are more proactive about dealing with smokers in public areas...

I was very happy with our booking through travel online, all went very smoothly and we had a fabulous holiday.

I have no complaints whatsoever about the service provided by Travel Online. I was able to find a great deal through Travel Online for the hotel I booked, so much so that I called them before I booked to much sure the price was right! I was even able to arrange my travel insurance at a great price so overall I'm very happy with my Travel Online experience and will be booking with you again and recommending yo to anyone and everyone.
