I received my requested quotes back very quickly. Everything went smoothly. Our transfers were there for us at the hotel and the hotel was booked and there were no dramas whatsoever

Some suggestions for you to consider to improve your overall service may be to add info for first time travellers to Bali. Eg. A hints and tips sheet to help with things like.
Payment of charges in/ out of the country.
Water quality and how to be careful on this.
Potential tours and attractions to be considered. Even booking ahead for some of these.

After filling out the information online, everything happened very quickly and obviously the property was also notified as the pick up from the airport was booked and the property was waiting for my arrival.
