Easy straight forward travel service.

Having never used an online travel agent I was skeptical; I admit that I rang the airline to ensure they actually had our booking... To my delight everything was so well organised... the thing that went wrong with our trip was the one thing I booked myself!

We are back and suffering big time with post holiday blues. We had such a great time and we are so in love with Malolo that we will be back for sure. From the minute we stepped onto the jetty we were treated like royalty. All of the staff were amazing, and we felt like family by the time we left. They bent over backwards to look after our group and the ceremony just blew us away. It all went too fast though. I have long forgotten the issues I had with the one staff member from Ahura resorts on the mainland. Not sure what she does but the staff on the island make everything work so beautifully. I suspected that would be the case. Marian Kahn and Miri made everything happen for the ceremony and we could not have asked for more. They arranged to have our bure decorated the day of the event and it was one of the most touching and beautiful things I have seen. Ace at the beach bar was so patient and wonderful with our large group and was always very welcoming and accommodating of our needs such as setting large tables and coordinating our orders.

Selfishly, I'm not sure I want to share any of this with the general public as we don't want too many people finding out about our island paradise. It truly is up there with the best holidays we've ever had.

Thanks for all your help along the way and helping to iron out the few problems we had before our departure.
