Lisa Scull is an excellent travel consultant. She helped me when I had to reorganise dates for my travel and also when I wanted to add my partner to my trip to Heron Island. I would certainly recommend TravelOnline to my family and friends.

Nothing I did not like, enjoyed dealing with Jo and thought the service was very professional and organised. Disappointed I had to pay an increase in air fares so will be quicker next time. I would book with again and would recommend you to family and friends.

Everything promised and paid for happened, most questions were answered quickly.
The only part that seemed to take a while was confirmation of our booking, then finding we couldnt have the rooms we were originally after and having to re book for another type of room and awaiting confirmation again. but in saying that it was all sorted in the end and we had a great holiday with no problems when the time came and we would not hesitate to use TravelOnLine for our next overseas holiday.

Rebecca was fantastic from start to finish. After I had put in my suggested dates of travel online it took just one phone call from Rebecca to organise the whole thing plus extras! She was so helpful when I wanted to upgrade our transfers and flights. She booked the most amazing week, one that turned out to be the best honeymoon!

I always prefer to book accommodation on line but sometimes find it difficult to contact a consultant if I have any questions. This wasn't the case with your company.
We would book with your company again as with this booking we saved the equivalent of two return trip ferry fares compared with booking direct with Heron Island.
Hopefully there will be the same type of specials on offer when we go again next year (6 nights wasn't long enough for us so perhaps 8 or 10 next year will be more relaxing)

Wonderful company to deal with hassle free would highly recommend ,will be deferentially be using them again !
