This was my first trip Overseas being a bit nervous. I was very happy with what i purchased. I thought at first it was a lot of money but once in Fiji realised I didn't need to worry about anything including transfers, and getting to see the Mainland as well as an Island. I would defiantly use TravelOnline again for my next journey. Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend to family and friends. Thankyou

Highest level of personal service for an online company that I have ever dealt with. Prompt to reply to emails (or return calls) and always contactable by phone when you really need them. Booking everything in one place was terrific, from the flights, transfers and accommodation. Everything ran smoothly and knowing there was a representative at our destination to assist us if we needed anything made it less stressful. The room booked for us was one of the best we could have hoped for. I will definitely be using TravelOnline again as will my daughter who came with me.

Thanks Travelonline, everything was great. My Phuket Tours that did our transfers were great and very professional.

The only thing I would say let down our trip was the choice of hotel Thai Airways put us in on 6/10. Hotel old and run down. Bathroom was dirty, no hot water. Bed was hard as a rock! Had to use force to open room door.

I liked, that all organised and promised issues came true. Your Service was great and true and I would book again. I reccomand you to my friends! And I book again by Occasion. the Hotel was so perfect. I didn't appreciate the Energie in patong, but in the Hotel it was just like in paradise. Food, staff, rooms, garden, pools..... just terriffic.
