Booking service was easy and suited me just fine as all correspondences was via email. The $600 worth of credit came in really handy and certainly worth while. Coming back from holidays with some loose change is a real bonus. The steps to booking the package was also easy. Overall service from Travel Online was very good and I would definitely do it again.

I would like to thank you for organising a lovely holiday for my wife and myself, we will definitely use your services in the future.
The $99 we paid for bypassing the line at the airport was well worth the money.
We were greeted at the airport by a gentleman who showed us where to pay the entry fee and where to get our luggage while our passports were stamped.
Before we knew it, we were out of the airport and into our car to the hotel.
This is where we were lucky to meet Made Winata, who made our stay in Bali exciting. He suggested we meet at the motel the next day, and arrived on time and explained that he was available for us for the week for tours at a set price each day.
He listened to what type of holiday we were after and then suggested some tours for us, we booked him for three days.
I won't bore you with the details of our trip, but I would like to let you know that Made Winata was very friendly, knowledgeable , funny loving gentleman. He turned up each day on time, smiling and ready to go, and listened and answered my thousand questions politely and informatively.
Please let his superiors know that he does his job well and very professionally, he is a credit to your company and the Balinese people.

PS: we were taken back a little when Made Winata said he would be at our hotel the next day to discuss tours as this was not mentioned in any corospndance with you. I'm glad he came, but if you mention it to future clients that their driver might be available for hire for tours, it could put their minds at ease that the driver is not trying to scam them.
