I did have to wait for responses when making the booking and so what you enter on line and then get back is sometimes different and then can change again when actually booked. So took a number of steps before confirmed. In hindsight I would have done more on the phone to speed up the process. With that said once booked and paid for the arrangements, service and booking was fantastic and I would use and refer again. Thank you. Philippa
