First time to use you, but liked the paper trail. Liked the package at the Hilton Arcadia Phuket, but a couple of things did not work out:
1] The included 2 adult spa, was in Patong, so a tuk tuk there and back was about 900 bhat, which was about the same money as 2 1 hour local massages, would be better if the spa deal was at the hotel. ( Better for the hotel too)
The sails discount did not seem to appear noted on the booking, but no biggy as ate in the other restaurants too, but agai would be good if you could get them to extend this across all their F&B outlets.
Ground handling was brilliant! Pick up & drop off and the lady who came to visit.
Hotel was great, especially as I was with a 6 year old, so the pools were my buying point & glad I did, as he loved them.

Absolutely fantastic. The booking price was almost $100 cheaper per night than any other site. The booking process was simple, the email correspondence was fabulous, with confirmation and travel vouchers easily found and printed. Check in was smooth. I will definitely be booking through Travel online again, and will recommend you to family and friends.

You did have the most competitive rates. I would recommend you to family and friends and would book again with you. Realistically, it is online and you guys do only have to push a few buttons which did happen with haste. I then had to make sure that my deposit and balance were paid which is fine, so guess alls good. That would be about 3 1/2 stars too.

Have booked 2 holidays with you guys and wouldn't look elsewhere

We have used TravelOnline for four overseas holidays (Fiji and Bali) over the past four years and have found the service to be outstanding. You can build your own holiday with a fantastic and informative website and then when you need the final personal touch, it is there. I wouldn't look anywhere else for the destinations that they cover.

Overall, service was great but the only thing I would have liked was to have been given the chance to request seats on the plane - we were all put in the middle and we would have loved to have had 2 x 2 seats by the windows instead. I tried to change this online 24 hours prior but seats were already all full so we weren't able to. It would have been great just at the time the agent is booking the seats to have been asked if we had a preference. Thanks for everything.

this was our second holiday booked through travel online and we were very happy once again, excellent prices and service, we were very happy with fusion holidays who picked us up when we arrived in bali, the driver was Made Winata, he was very polite and helpful, he organised to visit us the next day to see if we wanted any tours through his company, which gave us the opportunity to look into prices for what we wanted to do, when Made Winata met us he was not pushy with telling us what to do, he accepted what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go and his price was extremely competitive, we had a wonderful day on our tour and would not hesitate to do a tour with him again, we are looking at a family holiday for august and will be in touch with travel online in the next few weeks for some quotes, hopefully we will be happy with your companys prices and we can book our third holiday with travel online, thanks again for a fantastic price and smooth travel organisation...mark and judith toole

I had problems with my initial booking on the net, but once I called I was able to speak with someone and they helped finalising the booking. The problem with many services on the internet is that it is virtually impossible to speak with a person if you have trouble booking or finding information, so I was very pleased to see that Travelonline actually have people there to help.
All travel documents were sent to me immediately and all information was correct, so our impression of the service was good.
