My husband and came back from our first "alone- no kids " trip to Bali yesterday morning. The holiday was organised via TRAVELONLINE and we have nothing but praise for Joanna and her team. This was the first time that we used them but certainly not the last one. The accomodation and Day spa were amazing- the best massage ever. My opinion on travelonline is all good. This was my first time at booking a holiday online and I have to admit it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Whenever I had a query or a problem, I just rang up and whoever I spoke to was able to sort out the problem straight away. I found the service very accomodating and would book again through travelonline. I would also recommend them to family and friends. Thank you for the service.

First time booking online so was slightly anxious, as going to Bali during volcanic ash flight disturbances, but holiday was great. No problems at all. Was pleased when I phoned with a question and spoke to lovely ladies in Brisbane not some call centre type of business. Will book through travel online again.

Joanna and Fiona were amazing. Our flight was delayed by volcano eruption but these guys worked around the clock to ensure we got to Bali for our holiday.
