Nicky was efficient, professional and informative. So glad she directed us towards the JM Cousteau resort, which was perfect for our needs. Booking was straight forward, even with booking from Canada at an Australian travel agent for a trip in Fiji!

Great service from TravelOnline and I will definitely use you again. I managed to get the cheapest rate for the Sheraton Waikiki through you. I was able to upgrade to a nicer room and a view because of your cheaper rates. I was in Hawaii for my birthday and you passed that information onto the Sheraton who had a gift waiting for me when I arrived.
Couldn't fault your service, you replied to my emails immediately and followed up to see how our holiday was as soon as we returned.
