Noting bad to say about travel online. Found a great deal at the Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas and loved every minute of it. I had a few requests and spoke directly to Clare at travel online who was more than happy to help.

Having experienced a holiday scam days before I booked with travelonline, I was scared and a little sceptical. I can say, however, that I had a really positive experience. My consultant was extremely efficient and provided me with all my travel information in a way that was easy for me (being a first time traveller overseas) to understand. She responded promptly to emails and made my booking experience a good one. The information was provided in such a professional way that I knew (based on my previous experience) that this company was legit. I will definitely be using this company again and have already informed people who I went through. Michelle also helped me with an enquiry whilst I was overseas which allowed me to feel at ease whilst abroad. Thanks Michelle :)
