Excellent phone service when required. I was unable to speak to a service provider to reconfirm transport. When I called TravelOnline, the consultant took ownership and contacted the service provider on an alternate number and reconfirmed the service.

I first used TravelOnline as a tool to get some prices and start my research, but I soon realised that their website was the best available, and their prices were also very good. It made the planning and purchasing of my holiday so easy that I decided to use their web site and service for my holiday to Bali. After purchasing on-line I found that they also have excellent one on one service as well. My consultant, Emma, made contact, and I was able to ask questions and keep in contact with Emma at all times leading up to the trip and even during. A first class experience and I would recommend TravelOnline to anyone.

Michelle was really quick art getting back to me, with a few queries I had. I did a bit of research on the pricing and found hers to be the best by far!

Michelle was amazing, from the initial contact to the final itinary all went like clockwork, any inquires we had were responded too at her earliest convenience and the whole trip went off with out a hitch.
The online aspect was a breeze and we would not hesitate to use the organisation again, like most people, I am aware cheapest is not always the best avenue, security and integrity are high on my agenda whilst dealing online and travelonline.com meets them all, I would highly recommend the organisation and will be seeking advice next year for our next stay at the magnificent Cook Islands. Yes use you again. The resort in far north I was under the understanding was in Port Douglas but it actually was 30min away in pam coves

Thank you Emma for assisting in making my husbands 50th birthday trip a very memorable one for our family. Our request for a particular room was attended too. Every question I had for you thoroughly answered & your attention to detail in the phonecall I made on the day prior to leaving was really helpful. This is the first online booking I have ever made for an overseas trip & I dare say it will be our last. If only we had booked this way 14 years ago for our 1st trip to Fiji rather than an instore travel agent who sold us 'her ideal' holiday we would have enjoyed it more. VINAKA Emma :)

Very quick responses to quotes and changes. Everything went to plan as it had done when we used this service 12 months ago. Very easy as I did not need to communicate during business hours. Itinerary was very clear, as were all vouchers. The company in Thailand "My Phuket" provided excellent service.
