Everything was perfect. No Dramas at all. Will be using travel online again.

It was all handled very efficiently. I loved the booking process - it was very easy to use and easy to consider the various options available for flights. accommodation, transfers, etc. My e-mails were answered promptly and the amendments I required were handled quickly and efficiently. My husband was a little hesitant to book through TravelOnline but would have no reservations in the future! I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Correspondence was conducted mostly by email with all information given in a timely manner. We appreciated getting reminder emails. To obtain a quote was easy with all conditions clear and precise. We would use TravelOnline again.

Clare - thanks again for help with the flights especially. I really appreciate you got us two seats with one being an aisle seat for both departing and returning flights and that we were up near the front of the plane as well. Really helped me cope with my flight anxieties. Many thanks!

One note - warn other travelers that if they are coming back from Fiji they'll be asked to throw out any water bottles they have before they get on the plane even if they bought them after clearing customs. But, I saw a lady buy a water bottle from duty free and she was allowed to bring it on the plane because it was sealed in a duty free bag. The flight attendants do give you free water on the plane but only a small glass at a time and for a 5 hour flight it's nice to have a water bottle handy and not have to hit the call button frequently just to hydrate. Wish I had realised about the duty free option!

Loved the communication and helpfulness of travel online consultants. It would be great if the initial payment coyld also be paid directly into a bank account rather than charging a surcharge with the compulsory credit card payment.

Great service - quick responses and great prices. I though booking through an agent at such a good price would mean we don't get a great room but we had the best view for the fireworks and the room was lovely. Thank you, we will definitely book through you again.

Overall the process of getting a quote up until the finalisation of all the necessary travel documentation went very smoothly. More importantly all the arrangements on paper were followed up without any problems at the 'other end' by the agent in Nadi.
