Questions answered quickly and very thorough service

Michelle is great.
We had a few problems but (being our first time in Fiji), we realise now 'Fiji Time' is very ambiguous. It was a wonderful place to holiday in once you could let go of things not always going as planned, no matter the detail....

Excellent service in all respects. Would certainly book and recommend this service again.

We were very impressed with how easy it was to book our holiday with travel online. Our travel consultant Holly was available to answer any questions we had and was very prompt with returning emails and kept us up to date with our travel arrangements. All transfers were organised and the holiday went smoothly from beginning to end. TravelOnline offered great deals and are very competitive with their pricing, we would definitely book a holiday through them again.

Only feedback is that we did not have return seats booked. I missed this initially and only noticed when checking in online for the outbound trip.

The service and the staff at the resort were fantastic. Beautiful place. Accomodation was comfortable and clean and we were happy with it. The only thing would be that it requires some maintenance on appliances as air conditioning upstairs was a little noisy, however this was only a small thing.

Locked in a holiday after 3 years. We were very nervous being our first time to Fiji.
The enquiries we had were resolved within minutes either by travelonline personnel via phone or email all within the minutes or at best an hour from contact. Great service, recommended this site to anyone looking for a great holiday! And let's not forget the easy to use application. It does all the work for you

We were very happy with the service provided on the both occasions we used Travel Online. In both instances, our bookings were attended to promptly and in a professional manner. Unfortunately we had to cancel or reschedule both trips and this was done efficiently and with minimal fuss. We will have no hesitation in using Travel Online again when travelling.

Using 'Travelonline.com' was a simple easy service which I plan on using again and recommending to my friends. Unlike other online travel agents 'Travelonline.com' was never pushy with their sell and allowed me to take my time with making our holiday decisions. Holly was amazing and she catered to our every need never getting frustrated. She was TOPS and I look forward to speaking to her again for our next holiday in July.
