Using 'Travelonline.com' was a simple easy service which I plan on using again and recommending to my friends. Unlike other online travel agents 'Travelonline.com' was never pushy with their sell and allowed me to take my time with making our holiday decisions. Holly was amazing and she catered to our every need never getting frustrated. She was TOPS and I look forward to speaking to her again for our next holiday in July.

We were very impressed to receive a phone call from Natalie after she found our tradnfer from Port Denarau to Vomo had been cancelled due to the bad weather system. She offered to organise an alternative transport but we already made the arrangement ourselves with the hotel & she offered us a refund.

It was all handled very efficiently. I loved the booking process - it was very easy to use and easy to consider the various options available for flights. accommodation, transfers, etc. My e-mails were answered promptly and the amendments I required were handled quickly and efficiently. My husband was a little hesitant to book through TravelOnline but would have no reservations in the future! I would definitely recommend it to friends.
