Excellent service and very quick replies which was excellent.

There was some slight confusion with our tour vouchers once over there with the kids not included on same. However a minor distraction to what was an excellent and well organised holiday thanks to Alyssa.

All inclusive aspect great (ie flights and accommodation). Accommodation availability data not live which wasn't apparent when using the site. A bit of a pain waiting for someone to get back to you within 24hrs to confirm if accommodation was in fact available.
