Great service and was easy to book. We were a bit nervous it's the first time we have used TravelOnline but it definitely won't be our last.

Everything was as promised - and all very effecient to deal with. Great value deal.
However true test (and value) of a travel agent is how they are when something goes wrong.
My wife got ill and we had to extend our stay, change flights, accomodation and transfers.
Travelonline were fantastic. So understanding, so helpful so professional - helped us manage a very stressful time.

While Travelonline not only provided a great package and extras with our accommodation in Bali (breakfast included, discount on all meals, a one off voucher to the final invoice, free entry to finns, free transport to/from airport, and others), because our accommodation was for our second week in Bali, we we're not able to use the transfer from the airport, however Kristy was able to look into it for us and allowed the transfer to be from our first accomodation instead, which was greatly appreciated. I won't hesistate to use Travelonline again, their communication and service was great, couldn't fault it.
