Thank you to the fabulous team at Travel online, I had so many concerns & questions with booking my holiday but you answered them all with patience & made the process very easy.

Amazing service from the start of the booking process right through to our trip. Could not fault TravelOnline and their competitive prices, choices of resorts and customer service. The TravelOnline website was extremely easy to navigate and the whole process effortless. TravelOnline consultants were always very prompt at getting back to me with answers to my questions and/or requests for our trip to Thailand. They were also great at communicating our requests with our resort. Travel vouchers were promptly sent through to us and they included clear instructions and details. The whole trip went to plan and we had the most fabulous time. The website accommodation details were consistent with what we got. This is the our 5th holiday, overseas and interstate, we have booked with TravelOnline and we have had great service each time we have booked, hence why we have continued to use them as our preferred travel agent. We will most definitely use them again in the future.

Great service, all done so easily online. Would have preferred a direct flight back to
Brisbane instead of via Melbourne, but realise flights were probably full.

Great price and service. Emails responded to with a couple of hours. Prompt follow ups with the resort for my questions/requests. Pro active Comms for the upcoming trip were also evident.
