The service from Travelonline is second to none. Communication was brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble when there were any changes. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Lisa rung us personally to help our booking payments go through when we had difficulty, especially as we were from New Zealand. It was great to have the option to fly out of Auckland (NZ) and not just Aussie. For never using this website, we have had a pleasant experience and would definitely consider using this website in the future.

Michelle called and text me on a Monday morning when my son and I were in a truly traumatic situation at Sydney airport, missing our flight. She calmly and efficiently found us alternative flights over the phone, sorted out our return flights and did all this with genuine concern and drive to help us. Michelle literally saved our family holiday. I cannot thank her enough. Highly, highly recommend Travel Online!!! Thank you again, Michelle.

So easy to deal with and a fantastic package was put together for us. We received so many extras that would not have been included in other hotel booking sites, for a lower cost. Transfers were ready and waiting both ways, accommodation was fantastic. It was a lovely gesture to receive a bag too. We would definitely book with travelonline again. In fact, we have already made enquiries for next year!

Hey nicole, thanks for your assistance with the trip. We had a wonderful time and Padma is a fab place to stay. And the drivers you used were so accommodating and delightful.
I wouldn't however, recommend anyone do the package we did by flying to Bali via Adelaide. Honestly, almost killed us.
