Honestly I was skeptical at first because the package deal was just so great and I wondered if it was real! But it was real, and you guys were prompt, polite and helpful, and the holiday itinerary went off without a hitch!!

Very quick responses, great answers to questions.
We were moved from the Naviti to the Warwick, and Natasha told us well in advance. Lots of other holidayers were not told by their travel agents and turned up the Naviti to be pushed away!

Thanks Emma, this was our first time using TravelOnline and we were really happy with the ease of booking, communication when flights were cancelled (we were aware this could happen) and ease of service (airport transfers and day trips) when we arrived in Bali.
We will definitely use TravelOnline again.
