The service and information was generally prompt and well delivered. There was a time delay greater than 24 hours when we submitted our payment and receiving confirmation. It was closer to 36 hours.

Everything was great and very easy
One thing I would change were the seats you booked us for the flight home were at the back of the plane.
On the way there row 7 which was great yet on the way home row 27 - awful.

Your site is about the best I have found on the web for Australian families. Has all the right options that you would need to compare prices and versions of your holiday. I think I did about 10 quotes before I decided on the holiday we booked. I will definitely be using this service again. Hi Lisa Both yourself and your staff were great on the many occasions that I rang. Was a little disappointed that the value of my holiday went down by $1500 -$2000 in a matter of weeks after I booked and you told me I had to get the ball rolling straight away to get that price!!!
The transfers to the resort did not have our name on them so we were a little confused at the airport and when leaving they were 30 minutes late to pick us up. Also had difficulty connecting to Fusion Travel land line only coould get an answer on their after hours line.

Great accomodation. Ended up really enjoying ourselves. The only problem was over booking. On arrival we were given a room that we did not book. Extremely dissappointed. No balcony. I had booked for a surprise early 50 th bday present and was saddened too see a dingy room with tiny window. Thankfully after complaining we were upgraded to sea view room the next day ( had booked pool room!) it was lovely and the stay was wonderful. Great place, staff, food. Will go again. Travel on line easy to book with. Though massages extremely cheap so the free one you get don't compare. All hotels do free car transfers to airport so no need to go through private car transfers. Everything went smoothly though. Second time booking through travelonline. Would do it again. Thank you
