The services from Travel online were fantastic. The private drivers that pick us up for our transfers to and from the airport were fantastic. The process of booking through Travel online was so easy. They confirmed everything for me before we left Australia and had no problems while we were away. Will use Travel Online again if they have what we want for our next holiday. Thank you very much.

Fast and efficient service, great price. My only recommendation is that when you are waiting on confirmation from the airline or resort (after payment by client) a quick email would help so we do not harass you unnecessarily. But overall we had a great experience and a wonderful holiday. I have left feedback on Merlin Beach resort but also wanted to make special mention of the transfer company (sorry i can't remember their name) but the drivers were on time and polite, the cars were spotlessly clean, we were given cold refresher towels and bottled water both ways and the drivers where safe and even provided commentary on the places we were driving through. Highly impressed! Thanks again, we had a ball.

It was so easy to make an enquiry and the quotes were provided instantly. I had a few questions about the availability of certain types of accommodation so wanted to speak to someone- It was very easy to make contact with our travel consultant Joanna, who answered all of my questions, and even directly contacted the resort to check a few things.

TravelOnline allowed us to pay a deposit and then full payment later. Going directly to the resort meant that we would have to pay in full 6 months out.
