I have never booked a holiday online and I never spoke with a travel representative once during the booking process, so I was a little anxious about everything going smoothly. But I needn't have worried. Our only hiccup was when our plane was delayed 12 hours after severe storms shut down the airport the night before, I was worried we wouldn't get a transfer to our hotel. I rang the travel agent as soon as they opened and everything was taken care of. Spectacular resort too! I would definately book through travelonline.com again!

Good service thank you. The transfer from the airport was slow and the vehicle old. We were the first dropped off but the wait initially to collect all passengers was lengthy. We booked a taxi for the return transfer and cancelled the booked one. Perhaps clients could be offered individual transfers and told of delays in large transfers of many people. Yes we would book again for the right deal for us.
