Helpful and friendly staff, very responsive to my enquiries

I've never booked through an agent before usually choosing to do it myself, but the offers from TravelOnline were too good to beat. The service provided by Annaleise was fantastic. Everything I asked for was done including adding our SPG membership to our booking at Westin Denauru Island and my Qantas Frequent Flyer to my flight. The whole process was so easy. We had to change our South Sea Island tour due to a cyclone off the coast off Fiji but the vouchers all worked and the staff at the cruise company had no difficulties adjusting our vouchers. Just a fantastic trip. The only complaint is that I had to come home. Will be booking through here again for a return trip to Fiji next year. Thanks :)

I was initially nervous about using an online agent but my doubts were completely unfounded.

I have used travelonline before and booked through them again because the service is great. They have good specials on accommodation and you don't have to pay the full price on booking which is appreciated. Would highly recommend.
