I would definitely book through them again. Our accommodation was wonderful, the tours were great, it was excellent value for money. The drivers we had for our transfers were wonderful and very friendly. Natalie got back to me quickly and was excellent with booking all our stuff.

After a bad experience with another online travel company, working with Travel Online was a breeze. Emails were always replied to within 24 hours and when I had to make phone contact, immediate service was provided. Thanks to Joanna for all her help.

Lisa was brilliant. She managed to help us organise a brilliant holiday at the resort of our choice and was always very quick in getting in touch with me regarding details of our trip or answering my questions.

I would definitely recommend travel online they were very professional. The car service from the airport to the resort was exceptional. We were looked after very well with alot of brochures on activities to do. I would highly recommend.

I couldn't believe how easy it was, I kept expecting something to go wrong because of how easy the booking was, but everything was booked, resorts were expecting us, the rooms were exactly what was ordered, the transfers were on time, easy to find, and helped us not only into the airport (with all our luggage) but right upto the correct check in lanes (which saved alot of stress especially in those huge airports). They couldn't have been more efficient or professional. I would defianlty use travel on line again and have already been recommending to friends and family. Thank you to Joanna Collins who was very patient with my endless emails and questions.:-)
