TravelOnline is very easy to use, and I love the itemisation of each section of our trip, meals, accom, tours , etc. The website is very intuitive, and flexible with editing certain sections of your trip quoted, e.g. change in room type, tour , etc.
Great selection of flights to choose from aswell.

Emma was great to deal with, so will certainly be in touch for our next holiday. She was prompty with answering questions and everything was hassle free.

Great service and made the organising less stressful. Would have been good if the tours had been made available in the quote earlier so that we could have booked them. It would also be great if you didnt have to phone to organise the more local flights and could do so online also (eg flights from Gladstone QLD etc).

Have booked several holidays in Fiji with you and this was our first with you to Bali. Everything went like clockwork - even our driver was still waiting for us when we finally came out of immigation/customs at Denpasar some 3 hours after our flight arrived ! We didn't think that he would be so that was a lovely surprise.

The package you got us for the Merlin Beach Resort was excellent, it included a few extras which were good. Don't know what it is about the seats on planes though, we seem to get seats apart or very back of plane, luckily it wasn't an extra long flight. Would like to know the secret to getting better seats, especially when paying top money.
