The package of the Gordon River cruise and accommodation was good. Confirmation took a while though. Could not book extra things with it though, we did the Bonnet Island tour too. Otherwise smooth and easy.

Service was fabulous! Special mention to Kim Sheldrick who was outstanding. On the day of our departure we arrived at the airport to realise we had a BIG problem - I'd booked my ticket in my married name when my passport was in my maiden name. I called the Travel Online help line and Kim answered and did everything she possibly could to help us. She didn't just answer the phone and answer our questions, she went further - she tried her best to solve our problem. She took the time to understand teh situation. She empathised, put herself in our shoes and did her level best to fix our problem. She provided such valuable information and guidance about how the ticketing systems work and about how we might best be able to find a resolution to the problem. When I think of how awfuly stressful that situation was, I also remember the great support Kim provided. Her customer service ethic exceed our expectations. A huge shout our of thanks to Kim! You're a star !!

Not a hiccough. Everything went smoothly and to plan. When I needed to talk to some one directly so easy to get a consultant on the phone. Prompt service and help! Will be going through travelonline to book the same trip next year. Please send through any super deals for Le Meridian.

Thanks for a great trouble free trip all vouchers where honoured and the choice of island very much in joyed by our family , went like clock work and we played golf water boarding in joyed and snorkelling as well the food and people are so nice on Vomo made Roy a 70 th birthday cake music and fun for all weather hot and all came home with a tan and rested . We all wondered whey we are back home to have to work again thanks so much Emma .

Our friends found your website and deals and suggested the deal to us. The booking process was relatively simple... A few mistakes/issues as a first time user but these were picked up by the consultant and ironed out and I think I will be more confident with the site second go around. The provision of vouchers and flight details was smooth and straughtforward and everything went as expected during the trip. The follow up information and emails etc following boooking (eg changes to Kids Club at resort) were much appreciated. I would be more than happy to use your service again and recommend it to others.

We felt that we could have been given more information/advice about transfers from the airport and also advice iro pre booking for such things like scuba diving etc.

I was very weary about going through travelonline because the deals were so cheap and I couldnt figure out why. I'm so glad that I did because travelonline was fantastic. Joanna was so helpful and very efficient and there were no problems whatsoever with the bookings. The package deals were so affordable and my family and I are definately going to be using them again!
