From the moment we received the email about the special for our trip to Bali, the service from On Line has been excellent. Our driver was on hand to meet us at the airport in Bali and spoke excellent English. He was again waiting for us to return us to the airport on the night we left. Our room was ready at the hotel we chose when we arrived at 1pm and we were given a very late check out. Service in every department was excellent.

Highly recommended! Explained what\where we required and it was sorted out with no hassle! Would recommend to anyone.
