Booking was great, easy to print out vouchers and go on holiday. We had no dramas with any of the booking so all was very easy and stress free.

Gary and I have always used Travelonline when we book a holiday. I have always been impressed with the service and information given on the site. Easy to navigate and if I have had any questions they are always answered promptly. Very happy with the Airport transfers in Phuket and the help we had from Grace from Fusion with our holiday bookings over there.
Will defiantly use Travelonline again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family.

It was great service and friendly plus quick responses when we asked questions.

The only sad thing was the so called free massage and care didn't come off as nobody seemed to know where to find them. It would have been good to have a phone number to contact them.

I would definitely recommend your company to family or friends.
We were greeted at Dempasar airport by Wayan Yogi with a great big smile and after a brief chat introduced to Gede our driver , their politeness and manners were second to none.
Wayan was good enough to organised a tour day for us which turned out to be a lot of fun and would have to be one of the best days I have spent in Bali, his knowledge and explanation of the areas we visited was fantastic.
I must say though the highlight of the day was that we insisted Wayan and Gede join us for a meal at a restaurant only to find out that it was their very first experience in a restaurant.
After a fantastic lunch we shared lots of laughs on the way back to the hotel and the boys could not thank us enough it was such a god experience for us too.
So I think a big pat on the back for Wayan and Gede is in order.
