Perhaps you could enhance your online search engine to allow filtering by more than one characteristic (i.e. price, location, stars, etc).

We had a complex booking involving airfares and resort. Everything went perfect with not a single thing out of sorts. We would use TravelOnline again for our bookings.

This was our first use of an on-line travel agent and you were excellent. I even used the complimentary thai massage voucher twice as my wife did not want hers.

The customer service was great it was my first trip to a Fiji and to top it off my honeymoon. Travelonline staff were very helpful in organising our honeymoon vacation and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to book their holidays through them. We are definitely considering in using Travelonline in the future. I'm very impressed with the customer service thank you.

We booked Castaway Island Fiji with Danielle at Travelonline and were a little hesitant having never used an online travel agent.
