TravelOnline allowed us to pay a deposit and then full payment later. Going directly to the resort meant that we would have to pay in full 6 months out.

Thank you for arranging this holiday. Every thing went quite smoothly. A Representative from the Thailand company came to meet us the first morning at the hotel and help us to arrange all our extra tours she was very helpful and all transfers worked smoothly. We did have a few hiccups with one tour but will outline in more detail in a email . Thank you again Lisa for arranging a great holiday.

Easy booking process, efficient turn around from booking to confirmation. Price value extremely good (I shopped around and couldn't beat travelonline.com). Flight bookings also great value, and even easier than normally booking Virgin! We booked everything including theme parks and can not find any fault at all in service or price. Great experience all round.

As always Lisa at TravelOnline was very helpful and responsive. She ensured that the transfer from airport to resort worked seamlessly and was able to accommodate four adults plus four sets of golf clubs.

Joanne, you were fantastic, you went the extra extra mile for me even though I changed venues and had a bit of a meltdown haha you all were sooo helpful and the service you provided me was excellent. We had such a lovely time, Hamilton Island was beautiful and everything went perfectly with flights, the rooms and transfers. I think the service is excellent, the communication is excellent and all the consultants are helpful and friendly. I like that you are able to get an instant quote and that you can book all elements of the holiday online within the same package.

PLEASE look into including Vietnam and Cambodia in your destinations.

Very good communication, courteous and prompt at all times. The only thing that wasn't great was that some of the facts about our stay weren't accurate, such as our meal plans, but I suspect that this was due to incorrect info from the resort.
I would definitely use TravelOnline again.
