So easy to deal with, holiday was everything we wanted and more.

we were well listened to and booking went ahead effectively

I had a problem with my booking times on tours (my fault), and I spoke to Holly on the phone and she fixed it all up for me as soon as she could, as had to wait for confirmation from tour operator. Fantastic job by the tours that are advertised on the web page when booking hotel and tours and I found it very easy to use this page.

Having never booked an overseas trip online i was a little nervous but travel online was great. I would definitely book through them again as it get great deals. My only thing would be to have longer to pay off the accomodation side of the booking. Unsure if it was because I booked 6 weeks out from leaving and the had to pay almost a week later after booking. Other than that they were great and quick to respond to all my emails

The service and knowledge of Michelle and other staff regarding our Fiji holiday was fantastic. After booking however, there were continually more offers and deals coming out for our resort, some that were better deals! It was difficult that we couldn't be made aware of other good deals, or change into a better deal for the same location even after we'd booked.
We would definitely book again through TravelOnline however, and recommend family and friends as well. The website and interface is very easy to use - probably the best on the web!

Always easy and efficient way to book but I wish there would be more information about booked tours... I was left not knowing the time of departure or Details I.e. I had booked a waterfall tour and it turned out not to be suitable for me due to the treacherous climb.
