Super fast and nothing was a hassle!!

Was my first booking and holiday. Everything was arranged such as transfers etc so I had little to do which was good. When I had questions I was able to call or email and got answers I needed. Yes I would recommend and would use again.

Travelonline made the whole booking and travel arrangements so easy.
I have always used a bricks and mortar travel agent but there was such a difference in their quote and yours, I thought I would give you a try.
I will use Travelonline for all of my future holiday arrangements.

I liked the online quote and booking system. Unfortunately my holiday was completely changed due to the cyclone, that was not the travel agencies fault. I did find out while on holiday from others that their travel agents had contacted them regarding the (castaway) closure much earlier than I had been notified. Perhaps I could have still had opportunit to stay on a Manamuca Island if this had occurred. However, the intercontinental was amazing so I have no regrets there. I would book with you again, and I would recommend the company to others.

The holiday option sold to us was value for money. Good service by Holly and her colleagues. The only point which could be worked on is the provision of vouchers for the trip. The first email sent to us which were to include the vouchers was sent without the vouchers. The second email with the vouchers was short of a voucher for our extended stay at Raffles Gateway Hotel. These vouchers were absent and delayed our checkin at the hotel. Overall experience good.

Kimberley was very helpful in sorting out issues related to the withdrawal of Qantas from flying to Vanuatu. Many thanks for your help, Kimberley.

I had a wonderful time in Vila and will certainly be checking Travel online for future holiday deals as the price was right.

The only thing I didn't like about your service was that, until Kimberley, I didn't feel I had a one on one relationship with a consultant.

It was great that everything could bedonethrough one site-air, land, transfers etc. everything went smoothly and we were updated on the progress of our booking consistently.
