I was really happy with the service we received from Joanna. Especially all the support she gave when we wanted to change dates etc as we had seen some better flights and then had to change things back as they didn't work out. She took it all in her stride. She was also happy to liaise with Plantation Island Resort re: our room requirements making the whole process simple and smooth for us. We look forward to booking our next holiday with her. Found this service to be excellent. Did a quick quote and received it very quickly and was the cheapest package going at the time. Called to confirm the quote was correct as it was so cheap at night, was told I would be contacted during office hours the following day which I was, reconfirmed everything no worries.
Booked the next day, everything in regards to accommodation, transfers and flights was emailed through within 24 hours.
Everything ran smooth from the time we boarded the plane, picked up from the airport and taken back to the resort, the entire time at the resort, taken back to the airport and flying back.
Everything was all organised in an extremely short time with absolutely no hassles whatsoever.
Will definitely use TravelOnline again for other holidays, the entire dealing was completely stress free.
