I was a bit hesitant to book at the start because we weren't used to booking a trip completely online without meeting anyone. So after a lot of research we took the plunge - and it was really fantastic! Clare was responsive, very helpful and answered all of our queries quickly. We pretty much booked months ago and then didn't think about it until the day before we left - so when we arrived and had such great service from the hotel, it was a really pleasant surprise and we felt very looked-after. Everything was great and we are very grateful to Clare and the TravelOnline team for their service.

Holly has been a great help thought the process of booking and even when our flight was delayed out of Sydney, she was able to contact our transfers in Fiji to advise them of the delay. She has been a great help and easy to deal with.

This is the second time we used TravelOnline to book a family holiday to Fiji.
From the 1st quote request, everything was handled quickly, efficiently and even after making changes all update emails and confirmations received quickly.
The overall experience is brilliant.
You can even speak to a real person and discuss the travel and they will assist you accordingly.
All travel booked from flights, hotel and private car transfer was spot on, no delays in Fiji. Everything booked and confirmed.
We would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

the only thing that I was disappointed in was when I booked both trips for Brown and ourselves I stipulated that we wanted to have a late check out as flight was not until 10.45pm. when I confirmed with resort this was not done so we were in limbo from 11.00am until 5.30pm the resort as always was great the Brown booking and ours our rooms were on the complete opposite side of resort which was a bit annoying and could not be changed.
