I like using Travel Online. Good, friendly service. I had to call to see if our booking had been accepted as I had not heard back, but apart from that, very happy.

All inclusive aspect great (ie flights and accommodation). Accommodation availability data not live which wasn't apparent when using the site. A bit of a pain waiting for someone to get back to you within 24hrs to confirm if accommodation was in fact available.

We had no problems and were really happy with the service. My sister used a travel agent and paid more for a worse room and not as good service.
We would book with travel online again and would recommend to family and friends.

Great smooth service. Bookings all ok when we travelled.

Was so easy to book through this site and it was the cheapest of the many, many sites we had trawled through when searching for Thailand resorts.
Had to contact my agent a couple of times and was responded to almost immediately.
I'd use this company again and happily recommend it to friends and family.

Travel online is fantastic; everything ran smoothly, they were incredibly helpful during the booking and lead up to the holiday. We have used them before and will continue to use them in the future.

No problems at all everything was well organised and no drama's as everything we ask for was 100 per cent correct.

I was surprising happy with how good it was to be able to arrange a holiday by emailing. It was a lot of emails to and from for our customised trip but it worked because it was 7 days a week and I could email questions in the evening and receive replies in the morning and forward those to my husband and daughter for their thoughts
