Thankyou for organising our holiday for us. The service you provided was wonderful. Our transfers were punctual with lovely drivers and nice clean vehicles. Everything went smoothly except our first room was not very nice. We were moved to another room once the construction started and our 2nd room was much nicer. The massage was ok. I think we should of been given a choice of massage as the massage we were given was a bit to much for us. The actual massage business/shop was very nice and clean. Overall, your service and punctuality was wonderful. I think the resort only deserves a 3 star rating. We have been to nicer resorts. Thankyou and we will definitely use your services again.

I was hesitant at first as I had not heard of travelonline.com , but was very happy with both communication and overall service. Would definitely book with them again, and would recommend them to others.

I would definitely book again with TravelOnline. Everything was very clear and well set out and information was emailed straight away. There was one item that I was suppose to print out to give to the transport people which I don't think I received but I may have missed that within the other paperwork.
