Had very prompt and excellent service. The prices was reasonable and our holiday experience was really made even more full filling due to the fact that we where kept up to date as to what our agenda was.
Have always been a flight centre customer but now have changed over to travelonline as they are more accomodating and gave better service and prices. Our travel consultant was fabulous and made the experience so easy- well done, keep it up

The service was fantastic, can not fault a thing, was worried about doing a sale for such a large amount online, but made a great choice, Rochelle & the team were super prompt with replies etc., a lot quicker than any other agent I have dealt with in the past. Will always do my bookings through Travel Online in the future.

Thank you. You provided everything we needed and the additional options were good when selecting the right package for us. I will definitely be using this site which is like a one stop shop eg. airfares, accommodation & transfers with other additional options we did not use. The only thing I thing that could be improved unless I did not see it was that Shangri-La is a no cash resort except for the odd the shops. I wasn't aware of that and had cashed $3000 which couldn't be used on the resort unless I was leaving to shop offsite which wasn't really warranted. Otherwise fantastic - the Fijian people is what sold it for my family and I. Thanks
