The service and knowledge of Michelle and other staff regarding our Fiji holiday was fantastic. After booking however, there were continually more offers and deals coming out for our resort, some that were better deals! It was difficult that we couldn't be made aware of other good deals, or change into a better deal for the same location even after we'd booked.
We would definitely book again through TravelOnline however, and recommend family and friends as well. The website and interface is very easy to use - probably the best on the web!

Always easy and efficient way to book but I wish there would be more information about booked tours... I was left not knowing the time of departure or Details I.e. I had booked a waterfall tour and it turned out not to be suitable for me due to the treacherous climb.

Happy with the service all round, from the time I booked until our drop off back to the airport. Loved our driver who took back to the airport( Mike) He didn't stop talking until it was time to say goodbye. He was happy to answer any questions we had, talked about anything about the Thai culture, and loved anything we had to tell him about out country. Shame we didn't have for our 4 hour tour, we would enjoyed our time learning a few more things. Happy to book another holiday with your company.

I shopped around quite a bit before booking and Travel online gave us the best deal. It was quick & efficient. Everything was done by email. We had no issues whatsoever. At first I was a bit dubious about booking online but having read some of the reviews I felt more confident. I would definitely use Travel online again.
