This is the third or fourth time I have booked my holiday through travel online, and as usual the service was perfect. All bookings ran like clockwork and I got the best prices. I would (and have) recommend travel online to family amd friends.

First time travelonline.com user and overall and really great user experience.

Easy to book, Cecilia responded very fast with any queries I had and I received all my travel documents in a timely manner.

Flights, transfers, hotel all exceptional.

Will definitely use this site again and will recommend to friends & family

Consultants went above and beyond to help me find a hotel with availability when I booked last minute.

The only drawback was the 24 hours + wait between booking and confirmation. An instant booking would be preferable.

Overall, I was really happy with the service. Will use Travel Online to book again.

I found the online booking process really useful - you are able to explore multiple options/versions of different trips whenever suits (ie after hours after children are in bed !). My phone call queries and emails were always answered and timely. Most importantly, at the end of the day everything went smoothly and we had a great trip. Many thanks !
