Lisa's Service was terrific. One suggestion I have is that maybe a courtesy email one week before take off would be reassuring that everything is still on track and going well? otherwise, all did go well with thanks!

We love your website. It has the best deals and we have recommended it to a number of friends. We do not like all the invoice reminders sent before the payment due date. But i do understand most people do not pay on time. We will most certainly make use of your services again next year.

Haven't used travelonline.com before, but was disappointed when my first preference accommodation came back unavailable. Other quotes were promptly offered and was happy with my second choice.
