Very easy to organise a holiday. We knew exactly what we were getting and everything worked. Our transfers were great, the resort was amazing and our holiday went so smoothly. The ease of which the trip to Fiji was to organise was the stand out factor, but I also organised a trip home to NZ, though Travelonline, to see my ill mother. When that trip had to be extended urgently, Travelonline re organised everything within an hour to suit, over the phone, without a drama. So yes, all our holidays will be done through Travelonline.

From the initial booking process, the prompt reply and informative communication by email and by phone and even the easy payment system, everything was 100 percent. The extras we were given with the resort deals were explained and readily available on arrival. Sometimes when you book through a travel company, when it comes to check in, things never go smoothly and there is something wrong with the booking details. Everything was in order which enabled us to have a great time at both resorts.
