Very knowledgeable and helpful.

The package put together by Lisa was perfect.
On arrival Castaway said an error had occurred and only 1 Happiness Package selection was available. I emailed Lisa to query if it was really 1 option or 2 as was in our schedule. Lisa contacted Castaway and we had extra coupons delivered immediately to us in our Bure - with a huge apology. Lisa was very fast out of the blocks as we had a staff member on our door within hours of emailing Lisa.
We have found TravelOnline to be very efficient and very easy to deal with. We will be seeking services from Lisa again. Many thanks

I loved how easy it was to use the website and book. All the staff were really helpful even though I'm sure I drove you crazy with my inability to grasp what the heck I was supposed to pay or do with various money deposits etc. Thanks for your patience! Jodie was absolutely AMAZING! She has restored my faith in travel agents. Extremely accommodating! I had an accident and couldn't walk so I contacted Jodie over email who was able to move my accommodation around so I didn't lose my booking. I was so grateful. Thank you once again! I would use your services again not sure if your aware that our outgoing flight was cancelled I think Air Fiji needs to consider that if people have a 6.30am flight which means we are up at 3.00am they should notify the night before? I recommended your company to a few people we met from Australia loved our Resort and location. Only thing I can think of is to add on paperwork clear instructions of the transition/transfer procedure in Fiji .. many thanks Donna and Brian
